Highline Remodeling is a Rosemount-based remodeling company serving homeowners throughout the South Metro Twin Cities. Founded by Zack Spetzman in 2020, Highline was built around a simple idea: homeowners deserve quality craftsmanship, clear communication and a contractor who takes ownership of their project from start to finish.

As Highline has grown, that personal approach hasn't changed. You'll work directly with Zack throughout your remodel while he coordinates the trades, materials, schedule and day-to-day details required to keep your project moving.

We specialize in complete kitchen, bathroom and basement renovations, with a focus on thoughtful planning, lasting craftsmanship and creating spaces that genuinely improve the way you live in your home.

We're not trying to be the biggest remodeling company in the Twin Cities. Our goal is to build great projects, develop lasting relationships with our clients and earn the opportunity to be the contractor they call again—and recommend to others.
